Deep Lake is one of 9 lakes in Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park. Deep Lake fills a small coulee south of Dry Falls. The lake is long and skinny; about 1.6 miles long, but only about 850 feet wide at its widest. Deep Lake is accessed from a road in the state park, and the view from the boat launch at the end of the road is good. But for a much better view, you need to get above the lake, which you can do by taking the Caribou Trail.
