This overlook is located high above the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County PA.
There is a large parking lot to park and a very well marked trail to lead to the overlook. The trail is dirt and stone so it can be slick at times from rain, snow or ice. I would not say the walk is hard but it is going to be rocky and once at the overlook requires a climb down "steps" formed from the native rock. I would not say this is handicapped accessible as there is no way to get a wheel chair down to the overlook from the trail.
