About this spot
Chambers Bay Park is adjacent to a golf course, both built on the site of a former gravel mine. The lower portion of the park includes some of the former gravel mine structures, as well as a length of gravel beach along Puget Sound. A footbridge leads over railroad tracks separating the beach from the rest of the park.
The is a several mile long trail that completely surrounds the park and golf course. The park includes an off-leash dog park if you bring Fido along on your photo trip. The beach south of the bridge is also an off-leash area.
