About this spot
This is a county park on Manasota Key. The fishing pier side is great for sunrise and after sunset. Lots of birds are in the area. Park hours are from 6 am to 9 pm but the fishing pier is open 24 hours. We shot on the fishing pier and did not get to the beach. The beach looks like it will be good for sunsets and morning shots after sunrise.
Beach wheelchairs are available. See website for information. There may be a parking fee; it is presently suspended.
