Iceland Bridge between continents

About this spot
An interesting diversion if you're driving around the very western tip of the Reykjanes peninsula, the "Bridge between continents" is a footbridge laid across a small, shallow gorge.
It's well-known that Iceland straddles the boundary of the mid-Atlantic ridge, but contrary to what this location would have you believe, the gap isn't one single small gorge. There's countless rips and gorges in the landscape across Iceland, this just happens to be one of them. As such- this is a little bit of tourist kitsch, but still worth stopping if you are driving past.
