About this spot
Bale (Valle) is a beautifully preserved medieval town not far from Rovinj. Its beginnings date back to Roman times. It is another very typical Istrian town, built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. The town is dominated by the bell tower of the Parish Church of St. Julian, built at the end of the 19th century.

This is a walk along the narrow alleys of the Old Town. The area is very compact and walking a circular route should not take more than 5-10 min. Allow much more for photography.
