In Prospect, Oregon, a historic bridge spans the breadth of a gorge carved by the main stem of the Rogue. Giant boulders pocket the route of the river giving its namesake ‘Avenue of the Boulders’. The rocks creatie an array of cascades and raging whitewater - all overlooked by Mt. McLoughlin, the dominant Cascade peak in the region.
