About this spot
This is a location known amongst the climbing community, but seemingly not amongst photographers - in the little known dale of Colsterdale. Along with Slipstone Crags there are a number of other edges, a little less well defined, to the north which can be explored should you have time too.
The cliffs are not the biggest you'll find, but their accessibility makes them worth a visit and there is plenty of interest atop them to work a foreground into you photos.
