About this spot
Minninglow, which can be seen from Roystone Rocks from afar, is a hill barrow containing burial chambers with trees that carefully go around the barrow crowning the site. It is a Neolithic burial mound surround by planted trees which
from above look like a stone circle made with trees. This copse of trees can be seen from miles around and is a very familiar view if you’re driving around a lot of the South Peak.
