About this spot
Kemptown is a fairly sizeable district stretching along the coast between Old Steine and Brighton Marina, developed in the 19th century. Less touristy or iconic than other areas in the city, but still has some interesting architecture. St James's Street is the main artery of the district, it can get very busy in the summer.
