Soon U Ponya Shin Paya is one of the most interesting pagodas in the Mandalay area. It is located in Sagaing hills on the opposite side of Irrawaddy river. This is where locals come to make donations for various purposes. And it shows, it is one of the most richly decorated pagodas in Myanmar.
