Newquay is one of the most popular seaside spots in the UK — and can get pretty busy in summer. But just around the coast to the north east is the beautiful Watergate Bay. A little further off the beaten track it's a great place to get away from the crowds (although it will be busy on a sunny day!) It's an amazing spot to catch the sunset, and will often have lots of surfers out to help you catch a shot likes this one.
