The end of the promenade shot. Walk as far North as you can along the sea front. Drop down the adjacent steps and tread carefully amongst the rocks.
I always prefer a foreground interest in my landscape images and here, I have included the foreground rocks.
A tripod, neutral density filter and a long exposure will always bring a good result.
