The Part Dieu tower at Lyon in the Part-Dieu district. The Tour Part-Dieu or Tour Part-Dieu LCL (formerly Credit Tower Lyon), nicknamed "the pencil" , is an office skyscraper located in the business district of Part-Dieu in Lyon, France . The tower is 164.9 meters high. Until the construction of the Incity Tower (nicknamed "the gum"), whose mast rises to 200 m high, it was the highest skyscraper French not located in Île-de-France. According to the wishes of the architect, the top of this tower is approximately the same height as the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica.
