This stack is sometimes called the 2nd Haystack on the Oregon coast (the Canon Beach one has the edge on fame), and sometimes with its alternative name of Chief Kaiwanda Rock. This one is near Pacific City. People have noted that often it appears to float in the air. I liked this shot with the man and his dog giving it scale, and the floating image on this foggy day.
