About this spot
Paxton's Tower is a hilltop folly near Llanarthne in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The tower is a Grade II listed building and provides an excellent silhouette for moonrise and sunrise shots. There are multiple chances each year to capture either.

By using photo planning tools such as PhotoPills or The Photographers Ephemeris you can find out exactly where to be for the moon or the sun to line up exactly.
