Cancel Membership

Your monthly, annual or bi-annual subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it within 24-hours of the end of the current period.

When you cancel your plan, it will no longer renew at the end of the subscription cycle but you can keep using Premium until the period you paid for has ended.

The process to cancel your membership depends where you subscribed and which payment method.

Website subscriptions (Paddle)

Follow these instructions on our website.

  1. Log in to your PhotoHound account.
  2. Hover over your name and click Edit Profile.
  3. Under the Your account heading you will see the date of your subscription renewal, plus a link to cancel your subscription.

Note: If you first subscribed via your mobile device, you will also need to cancel via your mobile device.

App subscriptions (via Apple App Store)

Follow these instructions on your mobile device.

Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription, you must follow these directions on your mobile device.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

App subscriptions (via Google Play Store)

Follow these instructions on your mobile device.

Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription, you must follow these directions on your mobile device.

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

Tip: If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be cancelled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.
