Also known as Almamlka Tower, the Kingdom Centre is a 99-story skyscraper that stands at 302.3 m. Built in 2002, the building consists of a tower and a platform with two identical wings. The almond-shaped tower plan and curvature give the building a distinct shape that helps keep it cool. The detailed high performance silver curtain wall and mirrored glass. The tower contains offices, residential apartments, the Four Seasons Hotel and a shopping center. The area is vibrant and luxurious, overlooking the most important main streets of Riyadh city.
