About this spot
The pier in the central Weerwater is a wooden runner that protrudes a good 100 meters into the water. It consists of parallel strips that wave up and down, making the pier also a ramp and viewing point. At the end, the wooden wave is 3 meters high and has an equally high red and green light.
The red and green areas refer to the harbor light that marks the entrance for shipping. There is a bench in each colored area.
